Lucanix is a web development and SEO agency. We build websites, run SEO campaigns, and write content for businesses, ecommerce brands, and nonprofits. When these terms say “we”, “us”, or “Lucanix”, they mean the agency. When they say “you” or “client”, they mean the person or company hiring us.
These terms apply to all work we do for you, including website design and development, search engine optimization, and content writing. By hiring us or using our website, you agree to these terms. If we sign a separate project agreement with you, that agreement takes priority where the two overlap.
You may browse lucanix.com freely. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use, or interfere with how it operates. We may update or change the site at any time without notice.
We build websites on WordPress and Shopify. Every site is custom-built, with a bespoke theme, tailored to the client’s needs. We handle design, development, and handoff. Pricing starts from $3,000, depending on scope.
We run SEO campaigns to improve your search visibility on Google and other search engines. This includes technical audits, on-page optimization, keyword research, and ongoing strategy. SEO requires a minimum six-month commitment. Pricing starts from $1,200 per month.
We write SEO content, including blog posts, landing pages, and service pages, researched and optimized for search and AI search engines. Pricing starts from $200 per article.
Final pricing for any service depends on the scope of the project and is agreed before work begins.
We offer a free 30-minute consultation call. This call is for both sides to work out whether we are a good fit before committing to anything. There is no obligation on either side following the call.
Every project follows a clear process. We start with a discovery phase to understand your business and goals. We then create a design for your approval before any development begins. You approve the design before we build. After development, we hand the project off with a walkthrough so you know how everything works. We do not move forward without your sign-off at each stage.
Payment terms are set out in your project proposal or invoice. We typically require a 50% deposit before starting work, with the balance due at agreed milestones or on completion. We reserve the right to pause or stop work if payment is overdue.
Once full payment is received, the finished website, design, and any custom code we build for you belongs to you. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us not to. Any third-party tools, plugins, or fonts used in your project remain under their own licenses.
You are responsible for providing text, images, and other content needed for your project(unless otherwise agreed). You confirm that any content you give us is yours to use and does not infringe on anyone else’s rights. If we write content for you, ownership transfers to you on full payment.
Our website and the sites we build may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools and plugins. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of those external services.
You agree to provide the information, content, and feedback we need to complete your project in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials or approvals may affect the project timeline. You also agree to keep any login credentials we share with you secure.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, project details, or data with third parties, except where necessary to deliver the project (for example, a hosting provider). You agree to treat any proprietary processes or tools we share with you as confidential.
We take care with every project, but we cannot guarantee specific results from SEO or any other service. Search engine rankings depend on factors outside our control. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or lost data arising from our work. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
Either side can end a project by giving written notice. If you cancel a project after work has started, you are responsible for paying for work completed up to that point. For SEO retainers, the six-month minimum commitment applies, and early termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
SEO results vary and depend on many factors, including your industry, competition, website history, and the search engines themselves. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or timelines. What we do guarantee is that we will apply best practices, work transparently, and report on progress honestly.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
