A standard WordPress site takes 3–5 weeks from kickoff to launch. Custom React or Next.js projects typically run 6–10 weeks. We'll give you a precise timeline during our discovery call.
Absolutely. We're a remote-first team and work with clients worldwide. We use async communication as our default, with scheduled video calls at times that work for both sides.
For project-based work, we take a 50% deposit upfront and the remaining 50% on delivery. For retainer services, we invoice monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer, card, and PayPal.
Every project comes with a post-launch support window during which small changes and bug fixes are included. After that, we offer ongoing maintenance retainers or can quote additional work.
Yes — we frequently work on existing sites for redesigns, performance fixes, new features, or plugin development. We'll do a quick audit before quoting.
Our minimum engagement is $1,500. For very small tasks we're happy to refer you to trusted freelancers who might be a better fit for your budget.
